Is there an application fee:

Yes, the fee is $25.00 but only processed to your form of payment provided on the application if we both decide to move forward to the background and credit check stage. 

Is there a fee for the Credit & Background Check:

Yes, the fee is $35.00 per adult on the lease including co-signers 

Do you require a minimum Credit Score:

No, credit score is just one of the factors that we consider.  Rental and work history are also considered.
